Job Description

We are seeking a Spare Person to manage our spare part inventory effectively. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely availability of parts to support the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management software and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze inventory reports to forecast spare part needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on inventory procedures.
• Establish strong relationships with local suppliers.
• Review and improve inventory management processes.
• Develop strategies to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Support sales team with spare parts inquiries and availability.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss inventory challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in spare parts management in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
