We are seeking a Spare Person to manage our spare part inventory effectively. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely availability of parts to support the maintenance team.
Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management software and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze inventory reports to forecast spare part needs.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on inventory procedures.
Establish strong relationships with local suppliers.
Review and improve inventory management processes.
Develop strategies to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Support sales team with spare parts inquiries and availability.
Participate in team meetings to discuss inventory challenges and solutions.
Requirements
Education
Technical diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in spare parts management in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
