Responsibilities
Respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.
Assist in the setup of new workstations and peripherals.
Manage user accounts and access rights.
Perform daily backups and data recovery tasks.
Collaborate with other IT staff to improve support processes.
Resolve network connectivity issues.
Provide insights for improving user experience.
Ensure system security and data protection compliance.
Advantageous
Experience with virtualization technologies: Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V for virtual environment management.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Certification in networking fundamentals.
