Job Description

As a Bookkeeper at Local Bookkeeping Services, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our clients, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Your expertise will help clients make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management.
  • Coordinate with the auditing team to ensure thorough reviews.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding their financial status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client financial information.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
