As a Medical and Health Services Manager, you will oversee and coordinate rehabilitation services for patients, ensuring optimal care and outcomes in a healthcare facility. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and manage resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs.

• Conduct patient assessments and progress evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in rehabilitation practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare management, with specific experience in rehabilitation services
