Job Description

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding training.
  • Utilize feedback from participants to improve training material.
  • Implement e-learning solutions where appropriate.
  • Monitor training expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Promote a learning culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Further qualifications in Training Management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a training and development capacity
