Job Description

As a Bilingual Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering language training to diverse learners, fostering an engaging environment to enhance fluency in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student growth.
• Motivate students to engage actively in their learning process.
• Evaluate and adjust instructional strategies based on student performance.
• Organize language workshops and extracurricular activities to further learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or Education
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience teaching languages

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with LMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA)
• Language Proficiency Certification
