Responsibilities

• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces tailored to client wants.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Oversee projects from design conception through construction completion.
• Utilize software to generate detailed architectural renderings.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Participate in site meetings, providing professional insight and advice.
• Maintain a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency in designs.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on architectural trends.
• Document design process for quality assurance and client records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for project promotions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience, including project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
