Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead various environmental projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, and compliance, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of environmental management systems for projects.
  • Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance with environmental standards.
  • Advise clients on effective environmental management practices.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination among all project team members.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets against actual performance.
  • Implement sustainable practices throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in securing project funding and grants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Management
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing environmental projects or related fields
