Join our Pretoria team as a Tax Specialist, where you will advise clients on tax-related issues, prepare accurate tax documentation, and ensure compliance with South African tax laws. Your analytical skills will help identify tax planning opportunities, while your attention to detail will ensure precise application of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and their tax affairs.
• Ensure timely submissions of all tax obligations.
• Consult on VAT, income tax, and other tax compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive tax planning deliverables for clients.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions.
• Conduct training for clients on tax-related matters.
• Enhance processes to improve tax efficiency.
• Document tax strategies and present to management.
• Prepare reports on tax compliance and risks.
• Participate in tax advisory projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Master's degree in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in tax consulting or compliance

• Tax law expertise

Certifications

• Member of the South African Institute of Tax Professionals
• Certified Financial Planner

Languages

• English: Fluent
