As an Insurance Claims Handler, you'll play a pivotal role in managing insurance claims, assessing liability, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze claims applications and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and other parties to expedite claims.
  • Manage incoming claims-related queries from clients effectively.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed claims files.
  • Assist in training junior staff on claims handling procedures.
  • Monitor claims for compliance with policy terms and conditions.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements based on client experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in claims processing.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training to share insights.
  • Support with ad-hoc projects within the claims department.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma in insurance or risk management
  • Higher qualification is preferred
