Job Description

We are in search of skilled Extruding and Drawing Machine Operators to oversee and operate our extrusion machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and a deep understanding of machine operations, ensuring optimal production and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of extrusion and drawing machines, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Maintain precision in production processes and rectify any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repair machines as needed.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Implement recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Qualification in plastic processing or similar field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating extrusion machinery

Technical Skills

• Extrusion machine operation
• Safety regulations knowledge

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
