Job Description

We seek a compassionate Mental Health Clinician to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions in clients.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present case reviews during team meetings.
  • Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Foster relationships with external agencies to support client needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
  • Advanced certification in CBT or ACT preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a mental health setting
