Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will coordinate activities and ensure that production runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and resolve production inefficiencies.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
• Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve results.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production failures.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in a related field is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles

Certifications

• Certified Production Technician (CPT)
