Job Description

A Size Marker is responsible for measuring and evaluating garment sizes, ensuring proper fit and adherence to sizing standards. Collaborating closely with design and production teams, the role is pivotal in achieving desired sizing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain shoe manufacturing machinery to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet specified sizing requirements.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address sizing issues promptly.
• Train new staff in garment sizing and measurement techniques.
• Assist with sample fitting sessions and provide feedback on fit and sizing.
• Document and report any machinery issues or maintenance needs.
• Monitor the efficiency of the sizing process and suggest improvements.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Qualification in fashion or textile design is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in garment manufacturing or tailoring is preferred
