Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care routines including bathing and dressing.
• Provide social and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.
• Support physical exercises and mobility improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in clients' living spaces.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation compliant with health guidelines.
• Encourage participation in engaging activities to promote well-being.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further training in caregiving or related fields is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in home health or caregiving roles

Technical Skills

• Client Care Coordination
• Medication Administration

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Basic
