Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the healthcare facility
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and policies
• Oversee patient services and satisfaction initiatives
• Manage administrative processes and record keeping
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Act as a liaison between management and healthcare staff
• Facilitate problem resolution for patient concerns
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Health Services Administration preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Certifications

• Certified Health Manager (CHM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
