Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSc) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Wound Care Management

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certification in Critical Care Nursing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in palliative care: Experience providing end-of-life care and emotional support is beneficial.
• Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards: Familiarity with JCI and NHA standards is advantageous.
