Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage patients based on their needs.
• Administer vaccines and manage patient records accurately.
• Engage in patient-centric care by fostering strong relationships with patients.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health regulations.
• Support patient mobility and daily living activities as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in nursing required

Technical Skills

• Wound Care Management
• Patient Assessment

Soft Skills

• Crisis Management
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Leadership experience: Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is advantageous.
