Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician in Johannesburg, you will assist in medication management, patient consultations, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense medications and maintain patient records.
  • Help conduct medication therapy management reviews.
  • Engage in health promotion activities and community outreach.
  • Assist pharmacists in counseling patients about their medications.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and assist with stock audits.
  • Manage prescription logistics, including delivery and collection services.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development.
  • Support the pharmacy team in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) certification
  • Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
