Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations and address workplace concerns.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Assist in the development of company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, specifically as a Generalist
