Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge of the entire recruitment cycle. This includes identifying hiring needs, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your relationship-building skills will be essential in maintaining a strong network of candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
