Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
• Research and implement new training methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess and analyze training program participation and outcomes for future improvements.
• Design e-learning content to facilitate flexible training options.
• Promote training initiatives and encourage employee participation through communication.
• Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development
• Postgraduate Certification in Corporate Training is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or facilitation roles

Technical Skills

• Assessment Tools Development
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification
