Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

• Create job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with clients.
• Host candidate interviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is an advantage

• 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry
