As a Tax Consultant within our growing team, you will leverage your tax knowledge to support clients in strategic tax planning and compliance. This role demands a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert tax compliance services to clients.
• Prepare, review, and manage tax filings across various sectors.
• Educate clients about tax obligations and opportunities.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation that may impact clients.
• Offer guidance in tax dispute resolutions and appeals.
• Evaluate tax positions for various transactions.
• Work alongside the audit team during tax-related audits.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Conduct workshops and training for clients on tax matters.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Taxation or Finance
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of consulting experience in different tax domains

Technical Skills

• Tax planning strategies
• Financial analysis

• Negotiation skills
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Tax Compliance Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
