Job Description

As a Project Manager at Dynamic Projects Inc., you will oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for allocating resources, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Analyze project progress and make adjustments to keep on schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to budget parameters and report on variances.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Support client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contractor relationships and oversee compliance.
  • Deliver end-of-project evaluations and document lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies are a plus.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing complex projects
