Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to users through various channels. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while assisting clients with their IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize support tickets in the help desk system.
  • Collaborate with vendors for warranty repairs or replacements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
