We are seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in the financial planning and analysis processes by providing in-depth financial analysis and meticulous reporting. You will collaborate with the finance team to enhance our financial performance, ensuring we meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights on financial performance through data analysis.
• Conduct market research to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare risk assessments on financial strategies.
• Evaluate new financial tools and systems for improved efficiency.
• Engage in continuous financial reporting improvement efforts.
• Coordinate audits and assist with internal controls.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Produce financial documentation for both internal and external purposes.
• Support the Finance Manager in strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CPA is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
