• Oversee factory workforce, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of production projects.
• Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are adhered to and downtime is minimized.
• Facilitate communication between production staff and upper management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for production.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Production Management Proficient in overseeing production processes and improving efficiency.
• Quality Control Experienced in implementing quality control measures.
• Safety Management Expert in workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving operational issues.
