• Liaise with vendors to confirm shipping schedules and manage delays.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes.
• Assist in the development of logistics policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update logistics records and systems.
• Support the coordination of special logistics projects.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff within the logistics team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
