We are seeking a skilled Rod Filler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in filling and finishing metal tubes using specialized equipment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Select and set up welding equipment efficiently.
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces before welding.
• Weld metal components using various techniques.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet targets.
• Document work performed and report any discrepancies.
• Perform quality control checks on completed products.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in welding or metal fabrication is an advantage

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in welding or metal fabrication.
