Job Description

We are seeking an energetic SEO Specialist to join our Durban-based team. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO strategies, optimize web pages for search engines, and analyze performance metrics to improve organic rankings. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in driving online success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and websites.
• Perform technical SEO audits and suggest improvements.
• Utilize SEO tools to track rankings and site health.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall campaigns.
• Advise on user experience improvements to enhance site engagement.
• Manage SEO budgets and allocate resources accordingly.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of paid media campaigns.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and other content creators for backlink opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO strategies and implementation

Technical Skills

• Keyword Research Tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz)
• Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• Google Ads Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
