Job Description

The Cloth Weaver will be responsible for producing high-quality woven fabrics using various materials and techniques. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and technical skill.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust loom settings for different fabric designs.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the weaving process.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the machinery.
• Work under the guidance of the Production Manager to achieve targets.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Contribute to the development of new fabric designs.
• Evaluate and recommend suppliers for yarn and materials.
• Assist in maintaining production equipment.
