Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Veterinarian to join our dynamic team at Animal Care Clinic in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for animal welfare, with experience in both clinical practice and emergency care. You will play a key role in diagnosing and treating various veterinary conditions, providing preventive care, and educating pet owners.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat sick and injured animals.
  • Implement preventive care programs for patients.
  • Conduct surgeries and manage animal recovery.
  • Advise clients on nutrition and behavioral training for their pets.
  • Document patient treatment plans and medical histories.
  • Work closely with the clinic team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Attend workshops and seminars to maintain licensing and skills.
  • Engage in community events to promote animal health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

  • 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience
