Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to complete projects on time.
• Conduct tests and simulations to evaluate performance.
• Create detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Perform root cause analysis on engineering problems and develop solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
