We are on the hunt for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical design, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for developing innovative engineering solutions, participating in project management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements.
• Integrate new technologies into design processes.
• Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes.
• Support the production team in resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project resources.
• Prepare project proposals and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Perform cost analysis and budgeting for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
