Responsibilities

  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects and continuously follow up.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Develop training materials for new team members when needed.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal sales skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the product team based on client input.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record
