Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience and increase our online visibility. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the e-commerce business plan including revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products online.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance sales efforts and customer engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize website performance and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior management on performance and strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with e-commerce operations.
  • Work closely with IT to solve technical challenges impacting the e-commerce platform.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
