Responsibilities

• Support teachers in executing lesson plans effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students as needed.
• Help create a welcoming and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in evaluating student performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Support the integration of technology in the classroom.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Education or related field

Experience

• 2+ years in a teaching or educational assistant role
