Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their cheese preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Organise and restock cheese displays to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Participate in staff training sessions to enhance cheese knowledge.
• Manage special orders and requests from customers.
• Assist with the setup and planning of cheese tasting events.
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates to ensure customer safety.
• Keep abreast of cheese industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma in Food Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or food service
