• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Create design libraries and maintain develop guidelines.
• Educate team members on design thinking and collaborative processes.
• Contribute to the development of a user-friendly design process.
• Support the visual branding of projects through effective design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating past UI projects and experiences.

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Soft Skills

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with accessibility standards: Knowledge of WCAG guidelines to ensure design accessibility.
• Familiarity with design systems: Experience in working with design systems such as Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines.
