Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, develop engaging content, and analyze performance data to improve reach and user engagement. You will collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging and growth. This role requires a solid understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor social channels for brand mentions and user feedback.
  • Create visually appealing graphic content alongside textual posts.
  • Write engaging captions for posts that foster interaction.
  • Analyze insights from social media platforms to refine strategies.
  • Conduct audience research to improve user engagement.
  • Work closely with customer service to address concerns publicly.
  • Assist in executing campaigns for product launches and events.
  • Train and guide junior team members on social media best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Higher qualifications in Digital Marketing are advantageous
