Job Description

As a Tax Specialist at Tax Advisors Ltd., you'll play a crucial role in offering taxation guidance and ensuring compliance with the South African tax laws. We're seeking someone with a strong analytical background in tax strategies and legislation, keen on driving our clients' success through effective tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory financial requirements.
• Perform reconciliations of all bank accounts.
• Support the Finance Manager in strategic budgeting.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.
• Generate reports that assist in financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and suggest areas for improvement.
• Oversee petty cash management and control.
• Maintain understanding of changes in tax regulations.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
