Job Description

As a Roving Teller, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service by traveling to various branches to assist with teller duties and customer inquiries. This role requires a friendly and proactive approach to support our clients and enhance their banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to clients.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of branch areas.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
• Train junior staff members as needed.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in Banking or Finance preferred

Experience

• Experience in foreign currency transactions is an advantage

• Banking Regulations Knowledge

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
