We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Pietermaritzburg. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and set project objectives.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Review contract documents and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Analyze project data to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
