Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Security Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure. You’ll work on threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response while collaborating with IT teams to enhance overall security strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security incidents and alerts, escalating as necessary.
• Develop incident response plans and lead incident responses.
• Perform forensic analysis on compromised systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate incident management and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure technologies are appropriately configured to achieve baseline security requirements.
• Participate in security audits, evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve security posture across all departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in IT security roles or similar

• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Languages

• English: Fluent
