We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer experience optimization. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective online marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and optimizing the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through targeted online marketing campaigns.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and e-commerce platform providers.
• Ensure compliance with digital marketing and data privacy regulations.
• Develop training materials for new employees in the e-commerce space.
• Create reports for management on e-commerce performance and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
