Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a solid understanding of road construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition before and after operations.
• Monitor the quality of materials being used and apply them as specified.
• Assist in managing traffic control and safety on worksites.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment.
• Record and report any incidents or equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in heavy machinery operation

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Map reading

Certifications

• Construction Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in team leadership: Previous experience leading a small team on construction projects.
