As an Event Planner at Event Solutions Pty Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and collaborate with vendors to ensure every detail is perfect, from planning through to execution. Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, and onsite management.
• Develop marketing materials for events.
• Provide on-site support during events to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Monitor event performance and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or management

Technical Skills

• Social Media Marketing
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local vendors and venues: Strong network of local suppliers and venues to facilitate events.
• Experience in fundraising events: Ability to plan and execute successful fundraising initiatives.
