Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of hotel operation to meet business objectives.

• Motivate and lead the hotel staff to achieve excellence in every service.
• Implement innovative ideas to enhance guest services and amenities.
• Arrange marketing initiatives and partnerships to boost hotel visibility.
• Oversee compliance with laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and initiate improvement plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in hotel management
