UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our clients' digital products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and create wireframes to translate these into user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design is implemented effectively.
• Design and participate in usability testing, collecting insights to refine designs.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the design and development process.
• Help create a shared understanding of user experiences across the organization.
• Participate in code reviews to validate design implementations.
• Deliver innovative design solutions that consider business goals and user needs.
• Document user-centered design processes and maintain clear design specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Relevant UX/UI certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in animation and motion design: Ability to enhance designs with engaging animations.
