Data Scientist

Job Description

In this role as a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing predictive models and algorithms. Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for leveraging data. We're looking for someone with creativity and a strong background in statistical analysis to help us unlock the power of data.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights.
• Develop machine learning models and ensure they are efficiently managed.
• Optimize existing analytics processes to improve performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Conduct performance testing and monitoring of analytical models.
• Enhance data modeling practices and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the analytics function.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Natural Language Processing: Familiarity with NLP techniques for working with text data.
• Experience in A/B testing: Proficient in designing and implementing A/B tests to measure performance.
